Ronna Schneberger
After having a powerful vision on her first backpacking trip in the Canadian Rockies, Ronna pursued a career in professional guiding. For more then 25 years, Ronna has been exploring ways of connecting people to landscapes in profound ways. This interest has led her to study a variety of practices including leadership development, yoga, meditation, and most recently Shinrin Yoku. She is now a certified trainer for the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy.
She realized through experience and training, that once her mind became quiet, she felt a strong connection to all of life and realized inner wisdom and clarity is available from a place of stillness. These techniques now form the foundation of her work with people from around the world.
Ronna is an award winning professional guide in the Mountain Parks for over 25 years and is an accredited Master Interpreter and ACMG Hiking Guide. She is also a certified Hatha Yoga and Meditation Instructor with over 20 years of experience. With a degree in Recreation Management she continues to explore the power of place and how nature can help us come back into balance in today’s challenging hectic world.
