The practice of forest bathing originated in Japan, they call it Shinrin Yoku, which translates to “bathing in the atmosphere of the forest” or “forest bathing”. Research shows that bathing in the forest atmosphere through your senses can boost your immune system, reset your nervous system, clear your thinking, and foster a deep sense of relaxation.  What better way to take care of your mental, emotional, and physical health!
