The Mid/Lower Main Lodge is available year round. Children 2 yrs. and under stay free. Prices below are per night. If you stay 6 nights, the 7th night is free.

About the accommodation
There is also a massage room, a private cedar sauna (only building with access to the sauna), and a hot tub on the lowest floor of the lodge. These can provide you with complete physical and emotional relaxation. Renting the Lower Lodge allows you inside access to the hot-tub between 6am and 10:30pm. The hours for the hot tub for other guests on the property are between 9am and 9pm.
Wireless Internet is available for those people that need to stay connected up at the office.
The whole lodge — all 3 floors — can be rented out fully by one group of 5 to 8 people. The combined 3 floors are beautiful, spacious and well-appointed. There are a total of 6 beds… including two queen, two doubles, and one twin over double bunk bed.
Lodge rentals have FULLY equipped kitchens that include tea, coffee, sugar, spices, coffee maker, toaster, and organic eggs from our own chickens. All the bedding sheets and duvets, along with assortment of towels, are provided.
*Please note: during the day, our cleaning staff may require access to the lower-floor laundry area, hot tub supply closet, and Massage Room. We will access the Lower Lodge space from the lower-floor back door (near the outdoor hot tub). Also this door does not lock (we have not locked our doors in 30 years) so you have to be okay with that.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- more than 1 month – 50% refund of deposit or 80% credit*.
- less than 1 month – 30% refund of deposit or 50% credit*.
- less than 1 week – 0% refund or credit* (unless personal emergency then 50%)
*credit for accommodation must be used within one year of cancellation.
Smoking & Alcohol – There is absolutely NO SMOKERS /NO SMOKING and NO HARD ALCOHOL/NO PARTIES allowed on the property. Wine and beer is allowed in *moderation*. We are all about raising our consciousness… not lowering it.
Peace & Quiet – During your stay, you will be assisting in cultivating a “retreat” setting for all our guests. Peace and quiet are high priorities for all of us. We ask that you fully enjoy the environment and beauty of the land, labyrinth, wheel of life, and river.
Safety & Damages – On and around Quantum Leaps land, the land remains in its natural form. As such natural hazards exits. You are responsible for your own decisions and safety. And in the accommodations, you are responsible for any damage that occurs to Quantum Leaps property.
