The North Point Cottage is available all year round. Children 2 years and under stay free. Prices below are per night. Stay 6 nights, the 7th is free.

The fee for each additional person is $30, up to a maximum of 4 people.
Taxes: 5% GST + 11% PST will be added.

About the accommodation
This Golden, BC accommodations has a large main living/dining room area with comfortable couches and a wood stove. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all that you would need, including the eggs from the chickens.
The cottage has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each. There is also a bathroom, shower room, and 1 pull out futon couch.
The cottage has a large deck with fantastic views and patio furniture, overlooking the beautiful Blaeberry River. This is the only cottage with an outdoor fire pit. The hot tub at the main lodge is available to the cottage guests between the hours of 9am to 9pm. There is NO TV or phone in the cottage. A phone is available at the office if needed. Some Cell phones may work on the property. There is Internet in the cottage. This is the only cottage with it’s own direct line for Internet. This is the perfect getaway for folks that really wish to get away from it all!
Please note: all our cottage rentals have private baths and FULLY equipped kitchens that include: tea, coffee, sugar, spices, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and organic eggs from our chickens. All comfy bedding (linens and duvets) and towels are provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- more than 1 month – 50% refund of deposit or 80% credit*.
- less than 1 month – 30% refund of deposit or 50% credit*.
- less than 1 week – 0% refund or credit* (unless personal emergency then 50%)
*credit for accommodation must be used within one year of cancellation.
Smoking & Alcohol – There is absolutely NO SMOKERS /NO SMOKING and NO HARD ALCOHOL/NO PARTIES allowed on the property. Wine and beer is allowed in *moderation*. We are all about raising our consciousness… not lowering it.
Peace & Quiet – During your stay, you will be assisting in cultivating a “retreat” setting for all our guests. Peace and quiet are high priorities for all of us. We ask that you fully enjoy the environment and beauty of the land, labyrinth, wheel of life, and river.
Safety & Damages – On and around Quantum Leaps land, the land remains in its natural form. As such natural hazards exits. You are responsible for your own decisions and safety. And in the accommodations, you are responsible for any damage that occurs to Quantum Leaps property.
