The five-bedroom South Point Cottage is available for rent all year round. Children 2 yrs. and under stay free. Prices below are per night. Stay 6 nights, the 7th is free.

The fee for each additional person is $30, up to a maximum of 5 people.

About the accommodation
The Cottage is a log building great for families/friends or cozy and sweet for a single or couple. Built from Rocky Mountain Douglas Fir, the logs make up the first floor of the cottage and provide a very warm rustic atmosphere. The upper floor has been finished with beautiful fir siding and low windows were added to provide a scenic outdoor view from several of the beds (see bedroom photo on the right).
There is a nice size kitchen and living room area complete with a radiant-heat wood stove. A well-stocked wood pile can be found at the back of the Cottage.
There is one bedroom on the main floor with a queen-size log-frame bed. Upstairs there are four bedrooms… two each with double beds and two each with a set of two twin beds. This cottage is most comfortable with a maximum of 5 people.
The balconies provide a beautiful view of the Blaeberry River valley and mountains beyond.
The hot tub at the Main Lodge is available to all our cottage guests between the hours of 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM MST.
There is Wireless Internet available for those people that need to stay connected either in the building or at the office. There is an emergency phone at the office in case your Cell Phone does not work.
There is no TV in this accommodation just books!
Please note: all our cottage rentals have private baths and FULLY equipped kitchens that include: tea, coffee, sugar, spices, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and organic eggs from our chickens. All comfy bedding (linens and duvets) and towels are provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- more than 1 month – 50% refund of deposit or 80% credit*.
- less than 1 month – 30% refund of deposit or 50% credit*.
- less than 1 week – 0% refund or credit* (unless personal emergency then 50%)
*credit for accommodation must be used within one year of cancellation.
Smoking & Alcohol – There is absolutely NO SMOKERS /NO SMOKING and NO HARD ALCOHOL/NO PARTIES allowed on the property. Wine and beer is allowed in *moderation*. We are all about raising our consciousness… not lowering it.
Peace & Quiet – During your stay, you will be assisting in cultivating a “retreat” setting for all our guests. Peace and quiet are high priorities for all of us. We ask that you fully enjoy the environment and beauty of the land, labyrinth, wheel of life, and river.
Safety & Damages – On and around Quantum Leaps land, the land remains in its natural form. As such natural hazards exits. You are responsible for your own decisions and safety. And in the accommodations, you are responsible for any damage that occurs to Quantum Leaps property.
