The Upper Main Lodge is available year round. Children 2 yrs. and under stay free. Prices below are per night. If you stay 6 nights, the 7th night is free.

About the accommodation
The Upper Lodge has a FULLY equipped kitchen that includes tea, coffee, sugar, spices, coffee maker, toaster, convection oven, and organic eggs from our own chickens. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All the bedding sheets and duvets, along with assortment of towels, are provided.
You can also rent the Whole Lodge if you have a bigger group. The whole lodge (all 3 floors) is beautiful, spacious, and available year-round. It can hold a maximum of 8 people on Retreat. To book the Whole Lodge you need to call us at 250-344-2114.
There is a hot tub on the lower outside deck of the lodge. Plus there is a cedar “dry sauna” inside to help cleanse the body (only available to Whole Lodge and Lower Lodge guests).
**Please Note: the Main Lodge hot-tub is available to guests, from 9am to 9pm, who are renting either the: Upper Lodge, South Point Cottage, Cliff House, or North Point Cottage.
**Please Note: during the day, our cleaning staff may require access to the lower-lodge laundry area, hot tub supply closet, and Massage Room. We will access the Lower Lodge space from the lower-floor back door (near the outdoor hot tub). Also this door does not lock (we have not locked our doors in 30 years) so you have to be okay with that.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- more than 1 month – 50% refund of deposit or 80% credit*.
- less than 1 month – 30% refund of deposit or 50% credit*.
- less than 1 week – 0% refund or credit* (unless personal emergency then 50%)
*credit for accommodation must be used within one year of cancellation.
Smoking & Alcohol – There is absolutely NO SMOKERS /NO SMOKING and NO HARD ALCOHOL/NO PARTIES allowed on the property. Wine and beer is allowed in *moderation*. We are all about raising our consciousness… not lowering it.
Peace & Quiet – During your stay, you will be assisting in cultivating a “retreat” setting for all our guests. Peace and quiet are high priorities for all of us. We ask that you fully enjoy the environment and beauty of the land, labyrinth, wheel of life, and river.
Safety & Damages – On and around Quantum Leaps land, the land remains in its natural form. As such natural hazards exits. You are responsible for your own decisions and safety. And in the accommodations, you are responsible for any damage that occurs to Quantum Leaps property.
