We will complement the powerful work of Holotropic Breathwork and Sweatlodge with a range of integration activities in service to your inner healer, leveraging the pristine natural environment and the sacred container of the community in a way that will nourish the body, mind, soul and spirit.
Holotropic Breathwork®: Personal growth and inner exploration through holotropic states of consciousness. You will have four breathwork experiences (two as breather & two as sitter)
Traditional Sweatlodge: Led by three elders who have each walked with this powerful medicine for fifty+ years, we will enter into a sacred ceremony for spiritual and physical cleansing.
Processing with Art Therapy: Creative expression beyond the thinking mind is a powerful way to integrate the feelings and images that are stirred in journeywork. We will use mandalas to draw and reflect on the insights that arisen in your sessions.
Integration Circles: Deepen the understanding and application of your journeys in safe and non-judgement sharing circles.
Nature Immersion: Guided hikes and nature connection walks that will aim to reset the nervous system, strengthen immunity, and foster a deeper sense of peace, grounding, and connection with the earth.
Meditation: Daily guided practice that will support our work-of-the-day using a variety of methods.
Yoga: Daily practice and accessible to all skill levels. A blend of yoga styles that include hatha flows, yin, restorative, and yoga Nidra will deepen the embodiment of your journey work.

1:1 Craniosacral Healing Sessions: Craniosacral is offered by Jack and is a gentle, non-invasive bodywork technique that focuses on the craniosacral system to promote natural healing.
