Dates: September 15-17th, 2017
Would you like a weekend away to focus on relaxation, reflection, and renewal? If so, we invite you to come and “BE” at our beautiful Retreat Centre in Golden, BC to enjoy and weekend of Mindfulness Meditation.
Release! What a beautiful, liberating weekend! Letting go of the old – and allowing in the new. I’m refreshed, reenergized, and ready to embrace what’s next in life. Thank you for enabling this experience.Namaste, Julie Calgary, AB
Surrounded by the beauty of the Mountains, the sound of the river flowing by, the bald eagles flying by, the salmon swimming in the river, and the leaves changing colour, this is a great time of year and location for a Meditation Retreat.
Your Retreat leader is Tracey Delfs from Calgary, AB. She has been leading Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga Retreats for over a decade. She is passionate about teaching meditation and mindful living based on the teachings of her Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.
This weekend will be a wonderful blend of guided seated meditations, deep relaxation, mindful walks, reflection, and meditation time on your own. As well there will be 2 optional Yoga classes.
Saturday will be a “Day of Mindfulness” and will be in silence. (Tracey will not be in silence and is thus available for support and guidance). You will have time to reflect on what it feels like to be fully present, to move slower, and to connect deeply with nature and yourself.
