We invite you to come and "be" at our beautiful Retreat Centre in Golden, BC for a weekend of Mindfulness
Yoga. Treat yourself to a beautiful weekend of yoga, renewal, and exploration. Together we will stretch and move in a
guided and varied Yoga practice with Tracey Delfs, a talented Yoga instructor and Life Coach from Canmore, AB. You will spend
time reflecting on what it takes to move slower in your life and to being more mindful in your day to day activities. You will also be
presented with the opportunity to take part in a Breathwork Healing or a Shamanic Healing Session. You will also be given an
opportunity to be in silence, to relax, and to enjoy the beauty of Nature.
The weekend begins Friday at 8pm and continues until Sunday at 3pm.

Tracey Delfs
Tracey Delfs is passionate about being a Yoga Teacher, a Life Coach, and a Retreat Facilitator. She has had a strong interest in mind-body-spirit wellness ever since she graduated from the U of A with a major in Health and Fitness promotion. She is currently the owner of Balance Quest Life Coaching and Yoga in Canmore, AB. She has been teaching Vinyasa Flow Yoga for the last 9 years. She teaches a fun, flowing, mixed level class which is appropriate for yogis with all different levels of experience.
After receiving her Ashtanga Yoga Certification 10 years ago, she has enjoyed studying with many of the first yoga teacher that brought this style of yoga to North America including; Sri Pattabi Jois, Norman Allen, and David Williams. Over the last decade she has also studied with Zen Master - Thich Nhat Hanh. The focus of this is on how to live more in the present moment through the practice of Mindfulness.
Over the last few years, in the spring and fall, Tracey has been enjoying leading Mindfulness Yoga Retreats at Quantum Leaps Lodge. She combines her experience as a yoga and meditation teacher, a life coach, and her love of the outdoors when leading the retreats. The result is creating a space for the participants to find more inner peace, clarity, and a deeper connection with themselves and the world around them.
